Bob Smither

Robert Smither, Ph.D. | President

For more than 25 years, Bob has helped organizations identify, hire, and develop the most talented employees.  He served as Dean of Arts & Sciences and Dean of the Hamilton Holt School (evening studies program) at Rollins College.  Bob also teaches in the Master of Human Resources program at Rollins.As a member of the Rollins Consulting Group, Bob helped provide consulting services to organizations such as AT&T, Darden Restaurants, Hilton Hotels, The Orlando Sentinel, Sheraton’s Starwood Resorts, SunTrust Bank, Tupperware, Universal Studios, and Walt Disney World. Bob holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University.  He is the author or co-author of eleven books on organizational psychology, personality, and finance.  Some of Bob’s titles include The Psychology of Work and Human Performance, Personality:  Theories and Applications, and Organization Development:  Strategies for Changing Environments.  Bob’s latest book can be found at here.
Sindy Cassidy

Sindy Cassidy, MHR | Consultant

Sindy brings her extensive experience as a corporate leader to helping executives and managers strengthen their leadership style and capabilities. Sindy has worked with senior executives, physicians, midlevel managers, and high potential professionals in industries such as healthcare, finance, technology, sales, hospitality, banking, manufacturing, and human resources. Sindy holds the title of Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and the title of Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management. Sindy has an undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication and an MA in Human Resources from Rollins College. At Rollins, she has also served as an adjunct professor and MBA coach. Sindy currently coaches MBA students in one of the top U.S. business schools on leadership development and career management.
Leslie Miller

Leslie A. Miller, Ph.D., SHRM-CP, PHR | Consultant

Leslie Miller is an industrial-organizational psychologist with more than 25 years of experience researching, teaching, and working directly with organizations to help them acquire, develop, and retain the talent they need.Leslie began her career as a Senior Research Psychologist for the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington, D.C. where she designed and analyzed the results of some of our nation’s most important surveys. In addition, Leslie served as Director of Assessment and Measurement at Wilson Learning Worldwide, where she was responsible for conceptualizing, designing, managing, and implementing traditional and technology-based assessment of training performance improvement solutions for client organizations. Leslie has worked with leading organizations in healthcare, pharmaceutical, high-tech, financial, and transportation industries. She has also as worked with local government, as well as partnered with academia and professional associations. A partial list of clients includes Hewlett-Packard, Caterpillar, U.S. Cellular, Lockheed Martin, Pfizer, Novartis, AirTran Airways, and Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund. Leslie holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Maryland. Her most recent publication is the 5th edition of college-level psychological testing textbook that can be found here.

Rick Bommelje, Ed.D., CLP | Consultant

Rick Bommelje has over 30 years of professional experience in the fields of leadership, listening, and adult education.  Rick holds an MA in Management and a doctorate in Educational Administration.  He also teaches in the Department of Communication at Rollins College and was selected by The Princeton Review as one of “The 300 Best Professors” in the nation.Rick has been serving professionals in organizations in the areas of leadership and communication since 1977.  His courses, seminars, and workshops have benefited thousands of leaders in organizations such as Olive Garden, Dow Jones, Whirlpool, Siemens, Walt Disney World, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Coca-Cola, Hong Kong Broadband Network, Marriott, Tupperware, Northrop Grumman, and many others. He co-authored the pioneering book Listening to Leaders in 2004, and his book Listening Pays:  Achieve Significance Through the Power of Listening appeared in 2013.
Mark Freeman

Mark Freeman, Ed.D. | Consultant

Mark Freeman is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in crisis management, leadership development, change management, and team building. Mark holds a doctorate in Counselor Education from UCF and an MA in Counseling from Stetson University. He also served as the Director of Counseling and Psychological Services at Rollins College. Mark is trained in conflict mediation and offers workshops to enhance organizational and individual performance excellence. Some of Mark’s consulting clients include Florida Hospital Kissimmee, the Florida Hospital Foundation, Celebration Health, Sloan-Kettering, UCF, Stetson University, Valencia College, Seminole State College, WFTV-Orlando, Darden Restaurants, Vineyard 29, and Tupperware.
